The service
Visybl runs AI-visibility audits for local businesses. You submit four fields. We query two web-grounded AI engines (Perplexity and OpenAI with web search). We score your visibility from 0 to 100 and email you a report with quoted answers and a prioritized action plan.
No guarantee on AI mentions
We do not promise that any AI engine will recommend you after running the audit. Recommendations depend on factors outside our control: engine updates, what the directories say about you, what your website says, who is asking. We show you where you stand today and what moves the score.
Payment terms
Paid tiers (Solo $29, Pro $79, Agency $199 USD per month, annual saves two months) are billed through Stripe Checkout. Prices are computed server-side. We never read payment data in your browser. The full price list and any changes live on the /pricing page.
Cancellation
You can cancel any paid tier any time from your Stripe email receipt, or by replying to any email we sent you. Cancellations flip the entitlement to inactive within roughly 60 seconds. We do not charge the rest of the period after cancellation.
Refunds
Audit reports are digital goods delivered at the moment of payment. We do not offer refunds for delivered reports. If Stripe processes a chargeback, we receive the chargeback event and respond per Stripe dispute posture.
Amendments
We update these terms when the service materially changes. The "Last updated" date below reflects the latest revision. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
